Is there a free plan?
Yes. Orbit PM offers a free plan for teams of up to 5 users and 3 active projects. It is the ideal entry point to discover the tool and migrate from Excel without financial commitment.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No. Orbit PM is commitment-free. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Are the prices shown excl. VAT or incl. VAT?
All prices shown on this page are excl. VAT (net). VAT at the applicable legal rate will be added at billing. A compliant invoice is issued each month or year depending on your billing cycle.
Can I change plan during my subscription?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. The price difference will be prorated for the remaining time in your current period. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal.
Is there an annual billing discount?
Yes. By opting for annual billing, you save 17% compared to monthly billing. The annual amount is charged in one payment.
Is there a free trial period?
Yes. All new accounts receive a 14-day Business trial, no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you choose the plan that fits your needs.
